1. (돌아)오는 길에 : on your way back?

 

- 오늘 길에 커피 좀 사다줘

ㅇㅋ

 

can you pick up some coffee on your way back?

 

- Sure, I will (즉흥적인 수락으로 will)

 

 

2.  며칠 후에 혹은 몇일 내에 : in a few days? 

A 혹은 B : either Sundays or Mondays

 

언제 너 유투브에 영상 업로드 할거야?

나 보통 일요일이나 월요일에 올리니까.. 아마도 며칠 후?

 

When are you going to upload the next video on you channel?

I usually upload videos on either Sundays or Mondays. So..probably in a few days?

 

 

3. 실망시키다 :  let sbd.down / let you down, let anybody down. 

 

이번엔 다를꺼야

그 어느누구도 실망시키지 않아.

 

This time will be different.

I'm not gonna let anybody down.

 

 

4. ~ 이맘때쯤이면 : At this time next month/next year/tomorrow\/next week

 

다음 달 이맘때쯤이면, 나 유럽여행 하고 있을거야.

5. 미래 이야기지만 현재 동사를 쓴거임 (will을 써도 괜찮음)

6. ~ 하느라 바쁘다 ; be busy + ing 

대학 졸업 후 after college.(대학교 생활 통틀어서, 3년제 4년제 상관없이)

 

졸업 후에 뭐 할꺼야?

당연히 일자리 구하느라 바쁘지

 

What are you gonna do after college?

I'll be busy looking for jobs, of course.

or I'm gonna be busy + ing

 

 

7. 몰아보다 : binge watch + sth.

나 sth 하려고 했었는데~ : I've been meaning to do sth.

 

 

오늘 밤에 뭐할거야?

나 오징어게임 몰아볼거야. 

나 한동안 게 하고 싶었거든

 

What are you doing tonight?

I'm gonna binge watch Squid Game on Netflix.

I've been meaning to do that for a while.

 

 

8. 퇴근하다 ;  get off  /. 나서다, 이륙하다 : take off 

 

금요일에 빨리 퇴근하지 않아?

응. 몇 분후에 나갈라고.

 

Don't you get off early on Friday?

Yeah, I'm gonna be taking off in a few minutes.
